Hi! I'm Jim

I'm a UX & Product Designer living in Upstate New York.

For seven years, I've been a UX Designer for REDCOM Laboratories working with cross functional teams performing full cycle UX design on multiple REDCOM B2B SaaS products including Secure Client for Android, Secure Client for iOS, Secure Client for Windows and Web Applications for Sigma including REDCOM Secure Conferencing, C2 Console, and many others.

Education

In 2017, I received an MFA in Visual Communication Design from Rochester Institute of Technology.

I also have a BA in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
